Trenor Coats and Gowns Limited (Trenor) is a Ghanaian company established in 2009, with the core mandate to make academic gowns and accessories for academic institutions as well as professional apparel for companies. Trenor also operates a laundry which is opened to the general public and offers after-sales service to customers who purchase gowns.
Our Founder
Mrs. Norah Adei Sowa
Mrs. Sowa is the founder, majority shareholder, executive director, and the chairperson of Trenor’s board of directors. She is a seasoned and accomplished administrator and worked with the University of Ghana for close to 29 years.
Mrs. Sowa holds a BA degree in Economics from McMaster University Hamilton, Canada, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
